This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It describes what the site actually does rather than covering every hypothetical.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request, we receive the details you enter in that form: your name, business name, email address, and optionally your phone number and website, along with the operational information about your business that lets us price the work: order volumes, SKU count, product category, storage needs, returns rate and your preferred timing.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any other sensitive information anywhere on this site.
If you email us directly, we hold that email and your address in our mailbox in the ordinary way.
Why we collect it
Solely to assess whether we can serve your business, to prepare a quote, and to reply to you. We do not use these details for anything else.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you requested a quote.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people find useful and where they leave. That involves cookies set by Google and the transfer of usage data to Google, which may be processed outside Australia. IP addresses are anonymised.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised session activity such as scrolling, clicks and where people stop on a page. Text you type into form fields is masked before it leaves your browser, so what you enter in a quote request is not visible in those recordings. Clarity sets its own cookies and processes data outside Australia.
Analytics tells us that a page was viewed or a calculator was used. It is not linked to the details you submit in a quote request.
You can block these cookies through your browser settings without affecting how the site works. Nothing on this site requires cookies to function.
Where your information is held
Quote requests are delivered to our email inbox by a third-party email delivery service. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. Both may process data outside Australia.
We keep quote requests for as long as there is a realistic prospect of working together, and delete them when there is not.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact details on this site and we will action it.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, tell us first so we have a chance to fix it.
