Fulfilment for Australian Shopify brands

Shopify makes selling easy. It does not make packing easy. That part is ours.

Shopify made it straightforward to start selling. It did nothing about the part where you are standing at a bench at nine in the evening with a roll of tape.

Parcelo takes the physical half of a Shopify business: the stock, the picking, the packing, the dispatch and the returns, so the part you are good at gets your attention.

What we take on

  • Your stock, received and held
  • Orders picked and packed to your specification
  • Branded packaging and inserts if you use them
  • Dispatch and courier handover
  • Returns inspected and restocked

Working with your store

Orders are pulled from your Shopify store through the API rather than typed in by hand, and tracking numbers are written back to the order automatically, so your customer gets their notification without anyone pasting anything. The connection is set up during onboarding, and we will walk you through exactly what happens to an order from the moment it is placed.

Plenty of brands sell on more than one channel, and stock does not care which one an order came from. Orders from eBay, Amazon, Etsy and other marketplaces are fulfilled out of the same stock in the same run, so you are not choosing between channels or holding separate inventory for each.

What we will not do is dress any connection up as more than it is. You will see exactly which channels are automated and which are not before you commit to anything.

Common questions

Do you have a Shopify app?
Parcelo connects to Shopify through the API rather than as an App Store listing. Orders are pulled from your store automatically, and tracking is written back to the order when the parcel is dispatched, so your customer gets their notification without anyone pasting a number in.
Can you use my own packaging?
Yes. Custom and branded packaging is treated as part of the job rather than an exception charge.
